What if another agent finds a buyer and presents an offer to buy your house?

If another Agent finds the Buyer and presents an offer on your house, you will always have the choice to accept, reject, or counter the offer. If you decide to accept the offer you would be required to pay 5% total commission.

 

What if you are a move-up Seller and you decide to allow us to represent you on the purchase your next home closing concurrently with your sale?

If we act as your Buyer’s Agent on the home you are buying up to, we list your house for 4% commission on the Sale + You earn a Buyer’s Cash-Back Rebate as a Thank You for partnering with Mykel Martin & Associates.

 

What if our Fast Response Action Oriented Marketing Plan brings a Buyer within the first 10 days that is not working with another Agent or one of the Buyers from our database decides to purchase your house?

We’re always looking for ways to help our Sellers net the most money from the sale of their homes.
